Many of these live video routes are all from the home of cycling in South Africa. They give you the opportunity to "train" in and around Cape Town and experience the picturesque environment that is a favourite of many professional cyclists that train in this area in the european off season. Cape Town is also the home to the legendary Cape Argus Cycle Tour .
